A cheating businessman in southern France is suing Uber-a taxi company for sending notifications to his wife on his rides he took to see his secret lover.
According to the man, he requested for an Uber driver from his wife's phone and then logged off.

Despite logging off, he noticed that the app kept on sending notifications to his wife's phone thereby rousing her suspicions. The couple have since divorced. The lawsuit is reportedly worth up to €45m ($48m; £38m).
